Malisun jewelry is created by owner, Apakorn “Kim” Murray. Kim moved from her native Thailand to Vermont in order to live with her husband, Jonas. Inspired by the long tradition of handicrafts in Thai culture, she began making jewelry as a hobby in 2006. In response to a multitude of positive feedback, she began to sell her work at jewelry parties and the local farmers market. Within one year, enough demand was generated to allow her to make jewelry full time. Kim now sells regularly at select East Coast craft shows, in her own retail store in Brattleboro, Vermont, still at the farmers market and now online.
Working with the highest quality materials (including precious, semi-precious stones Swarovski crystal, and sterling silver) Kim designs and creates her uniquely beautiful jewelry. Every connection is meticulously made by her hand. It is with great pride that she presents her collection, to inspire joy in those who adorn it.
